The person stammers and their voice cracks with fear.
"N-No there isn't...there is only one way in and out."

"Fuck", Martin lets go of the guy and looks around to see the devastation before him, starting to get worried he decides to run down the streets leading further into the city, away from where the storm is coming from...

Blaze notices the flames in the destruction haven't died out despite the rain and heads over to some then attempts to use his powers to take some of the fire for himself.

The fire doesn't respond to his ability, it lashes out at him and gets stronger.

Blaze steps back in surprise and turns on his thermal vision to get a better look at the fire, after that he takes a look at the storm as well...

The fire is unnaturally hot, and hurts to look at with thermal vision. The storm is cold, but with thermal ripples through the clouds.

Blaze turns back to the team and tells them

"The fire isn't normal, I can't control it at all and its unnaturally hot, be very sure to stay away from it. Also there are thermal ripples inside the storm for some reason, but it might just be lightning coursing through it."

Jaxsom glances behind him up to where the seer queen and the rest of their allies were.

"Are you guys sure that we shouldn't be back up there with the seer queen instead of running around with no plan at all?" Jaxsom says to the rest of the group.

Hearing Jaxsom speak, Martin stops and turns around, facing the rest of the group, "Can't you see Jaxsom, look around you. The plan is **** and this entire city is going down. They thought that they could stop this storm and they were obviously wrong. Being up there on the roof is the worst place to be right now, buildings all over this city are being destroyed as we speak, plus the lightning could hit you being on the roofs like that. We are lucky to get off that building alive, heck the building was being destroyed as we escaped it, being down here is the safest place to be right now. We need to face the facts, the Seer Queen is probably dead. I suggest you all come with me to the other side of the city, away from the storm, that is the safest place to be right now. So, are you guys coming or not?"

"Martin he has a point actually, if anyone can get us back its the Seer Queen, we don't know if she's dead, perhaps we should go back and look for her..."

"If your going to go back up there, then you're **** crazy Blaze. That building is not stable, the whole thing could collapse at any moment. As I said, the Seer Queen is probably dead, if there is a way back to our world, then I'm sure that we can find somebody besides the Seer Queen who can help us, she can't be the only person in this world with that kind of magic"

"Can you teleport people other than yourself? If you can, we could easily quickly check the Seer Queen and then get out of here" Naru says to Jaxsom.

"Its too dangerous to go back up there"

"Ok, how about this. Jaxsom teleports to the roof, uses his telekinesis to float himself, thus not collapsing the building and then rescues the Seer Queen if she's alive. Then he meets us back here, and teleports us all the hell outta here."

Martin laughs, "I don't think Jaxsom's power works like that Naru, he can't teleport us that far to get us safely out of the city and a safe distance away from the storm. I don't even know if he will be able to teleport himself safely back on to the roof. That may be too far, what if he misses and falls"

"Our orders were to come find you and get you back to spectrum as far as I can tell the only person able to get us all back and fulfill my orders is the Seer Queen, I'll go back and see if i can find her you guys just try to keep yourselves alive until i get back."

Jaxsom turns around and starts to go back the way he came.

"Also try to keep those crystals on you or I won't be able to find you if I fail."

"We won't lose them." Naru calls to Jaxsom's retreating back.

"Wait", Martin says to Jaxsom, he walks up to him and hands him a small electronic device, "This is an electronic tracking device, if you put it on you. I can tell if you die, because I will lose the signal, then we won't have to wait for you if you fail"

"How does it work?" Jaxsom says while inspecting the tracking device.

"There isn't time for that, ask later. The quicker you go the faster we get out of here"

"Fair enough, tell me over the radio" Jaxsom says

He then turn around and runs, heading towards the rooftop where the seer queen was before.

"Stick it on to your skin, your chest or arm, it doesn't really matter, blood flows all over your body. It works as a kind of heart rate monitor and tracker, so as long as you have a heart beat and blood is flowing through your body, i will get a radio signal from the device which will tell me that you're alive and what direction you are in. It does have a limitation on the maximum distance in which I can receive the signal, but it will safely cover the entire area of this city as long as nothing interferes with the signal. So, are you going to put it on or not?"

Naru looks around, looking for any immediate threats to their current location.

Seeing Jaxsom leave, Martin turns to speak to the rest of the group, "We should do what I said before and move further into the city where it is safer, away from the storm. Jaxsom will be able to teleport back to us no matter where we are because we have the crystals, so we should start moving, are you coming?"
