"I'll have whatever mate, give me what's on special with a pint of your finest beer"

"Right away." He bustles through a door behind the bar into the kitchen.

Martin waits for the food

After a little while, the food comes out and is set in front of them.
"Enjoy."

Martin looks to see what he's got

He has a strange soup.

Naru looks at her steak sandwich and then eats it.

Martin eats his meal and the beer

The bartender comes over to collect their plates.
"I expect you would like a long sleep now, you both look very tired."

"Yeah, your right, I do feel tired. Thanks for the meal", Martin gets off the stool and goes up the stairs and heads for their room...

Inside the room there is one double bed.

Martin drops his equipment down on to the floor in the corner of the room, leaving his assault rifle and only having his knife on him. Seeing that the room has no bathroom, Martin leaves the room and walks into the outside hallway, looking for a bathroom or a sign that would indicate where the men's restroom is...

There is a bathroom nearby, complete with showers.

Martin uses the bathroom, has a shower and gets changed into some clean clothes for bed. He then goes back into his room and inspects his assault rifle, cleaning and maintaining it. Making sure that there is nothing wrong with it and that it works fine and is fully loaded with ammunition. After that, he places it on the floor propped up against the wall next to his side of the bed. He then hides his knife under his pillow and gets into bed, going to sleep...

Naru also has a shower and then flops into bed, falling asleep almost instantly.

They both awake at roughly the same time. The sun shines brightly in through the window, and breakfast is resting on a portable table near the bed.

Martin wakes up yawning and rubbing his eyes, he starts to eat breakfast

Naru sits up, groans and collapses back into the pillows. She hides her face under the covers to avoid the sunlight.

Martin finishes his food and gets out of bed, getting changed and putting on his bulletproof vest. He equips his weapons and equipment and yells at Naru, "Get up and eat, we have things to do today", Martin leaves the room and goes down the stairs to the main room of the tavern. Waiting for Naru, he finds a seat in the corner of the room and sits down there, lighting a cigarette...

Naru sleeps in for another 10 minutes and then gets up, eats breakfast and meets Martin in the tavern.

"What did you have planned for today then?"

"Lets go", Martin walks outside and looks around for a robed guy...

"You didn't answer my question!" Says Naru, catching up to Martin.

"I want to go back to our world", Martin is looking around for a robed guy...

There is one near the entrance of the inn.

Naru walks up to the robed man and asks "We're here to help with the battle against Niac, when do you think it will start? We want to be as ready as possible"
