"Martin is part of the team. Kasdeya's downfall and Niac's defeat cannot happen without the whole team. Your success relies on the bond between you all."

Naru watches the exchange with interest.

"Well, how do we kill him?"

"There are two ways that I know of. The first is a greater evil. Niac could kill Kasdeya quite easily. But in doing so he would become even more powerful, so that option is out of the question. The second way is with unstoppable good. It is a force that will obliterate both Kasdeya and Niac. It is summoned by unity, thus my proposition to unite the people of Eldora."

"You are going to have to explain further."

"Your first stop will be a large city a few miles north of here. The king must be convinced to help you. They may not take kindly to strangers telling them what to do. I will provide transport and guards should you require them. From there you will go to the Sky Harbour next to the city, and use one of the air villages to get to the mountain city of Maradon. I have a contact there who will provide you with more instructions."

"We'll need to earn the king's trust somehow."

Emilia looks to the sky again.

"We must go then."

"Excellent. there is a bud out the front that will take you to the city. Armed guards will be in cars in front and behind it."

"And why would we need guards?"

"Westmen roam the land, not to mention the wildlife."

"Ok, lets go then", Martin goes out the front and gets into the vehicle...

Emilia mutters something under her breath.

Looking annoyed, she gets on the bus.

The bus and its escort rolls out of Dancetill Bay, along a bumpy dirt road. The landscape is green and lush, with streams and lakes alongside the road, as well as dense forest. The ride is long and bumpy. The inside of the bus shakes every few seconds as it makes its way down the road.

Martin takes out one of his cigarettes and lights it up

Emilia twirls a syringe in her hands. The solution inside changes colour every few seconds.

Naru sits and watches the scenery go by, enjoying the change from the bleak hallways to open countryside.

The bus approaches a gate that is part of a large city wall. It stops before it reaches the gate, and the bus driver turns back to the team.
"Best we didn't approach any closer, they might think us enemies with such a convoy. Close enough to walk." The doors open.

Martin leads the way, stepping out of the bus and heads towards the gate to the city...

There are armed guards standing at the gate. One of them approaches Martin.
"State your name and business here."

Emilia steps off the bus and runs up to the gate.

Naru walks calmly to where Martin and the guard are.

"We have come to see the king"

"You heard of Kasdeya?"

"Never heard of him. Who sent you?"
