Emilia grabs her knife and starts cutting Blaze's shirt.
"So you think we should save them, Mijy? There is no time now."

She manages to cut the shirt away.
"What the hell is this?" she says, looking at the half cauterised wound. She can tell that he is bleeding internally from somewhere and has to do something about it.
"Sorry, but this is going to **** hurt."
She slices his side open again.

Blaze reawakens from immense pain and starts to go into shock.

Her hands glisten with water, as she quickly attempts to clean them, then places them inside the wound and closes her eyes.

"The gun blades they used can be explosive. Its got a high energy power source. We should really get blaze out of here asap. But fix him up before he dies... Who knows, we might need his help."

Blaze cries out from pain and shock, unable to help himself

"AARRGGHH! NOT GOOD!"

Jaxsom notices Cyan still in the blast radius he throws a word towards Cyan when its halfway there he teleports to the sword then again to Cyan, he then throws another sword north west through the window of a house outside the blast radius and teleports himself and Cyan to it.

Wolf continues to race towards the boat looking out for any more soldiers.

Emilia successfully manages to heal Blaze's wound, but he is still very weak...

The entire team can hear the loud bang of the artillery firing, shooting balls of writhing black and red energy into the air which will hit the ground in about 10 seconds.

Hearing that the artillery has already been fired, Jaxsom decides to not attempt to teleport to Cyan and save him as he doesn't have enough time to get to him and he is still recuperating from already teleporting Emilia, Mijy and Blaze outside of the blast radius.

After killing those remaining minion pirates, Wolf continues to run North towards the ship before being ambushed by 4 more pirates, 2 appearing in front of and behind Wolf coming from above. These pirates look different, they are wearing gas masks which seem to be connected to tubes and wires which go directly into their necks and skin and they are equipped with some kind of jetpack mounted on to their backs which is shooting fire out of it towards the ground, causing them to slightly hover above the ground. The jetpacks are incredibly silent, causing these pirates to not make any sound as they all descend around Wolf.

*From now on this new type of pirate will be known as Jetpack Pirates*

One of the Jetpack Pirates behind wolf knocks him in the back of the head with his gunblade, causing him to fall to the ground from the strike, which causes a shooting pain in the back of his head and Wolf starts to get the feeling of hot blood trickling down the back of his neck.

The 4 Jetpack Pirates just float there for a moment seemingly laughing with each other in a weird series of clicks and beeps.

Wolf acts quickly ignoring the pain from the blow and drops a smoke bomb on top of him. He creates a small shield behind him while ducking down throwing a volley or shuriken towards the two pirates infront of him.

The smoke bomb surprises the Jetpack Pirates, allowing Wolf to successfully kill the two in front of him with shuriken by throwing the shuriken at their necks. However, another one comes zooming through the smoke from behind straight into Wolf's back, throwing him forward through the alleyway. As soon as he hits the ground he notices the other one flying down on him incredibly fast about to strike Wolf with the blade of his weapon.

Wolf quickly melds with the shadows throwing the last of his senbon to the incoming pirate. He unsheathes his blades in the shadow waiting for the right moment to flee or strike.

"**** artillery" cyan drops to the ground curling up into a ball and summons a shield around himself

Cyan manages to generate a large force-field around himself just in time before the artillery strike hits, causing a massive explosion, wiping away the entire area around Cyan and the nearby buildings. The explosion causes a bright light which is blinding to Cyan and he can feel the ground shaking around him from the sheer force of the explosion, but the force-field holds and he survives the bombardment with only a few cuts and bruises caused by the ground shaking below him.

Cyan has 8 units of energy left.

Wolf manages to kill the Jetpack Pirate which is about to strike down on him with his last senbon before melding with the small shadow by the alleyway.

The last remaining Jetpack Pirate hovers there for a moment next to Wolf's shadow, looking around the area for Wolf...

Mijy can hear another transmission on his radio, over the pirate signal. It is the captain again, "Attention all men, we are leaving, prepare for voyage."

Blaze is now in a stable condition, but he is still very weak from the loss of blood and dehydration.

Cyan speaks over the radio "god damn artillery, is everyone ok?" Cyan stand up and starts off towards the ship again using cover whenever he can, watching the ship for signs of whats happening

Blaze sits up and calls back over the radio
"Depends how you define OK, but I think so"

looking around at the others nearby
"Thanks Emilia, was worried for a moment there. So... what's our plan now?"

"Well, the ship has put out the call that they are leaving."

Mijy looks up at the chaos.

"The way I see it, I go back and say i took a few of you out. Or I stay and help hunt them down with you. But I don't exactly know where they are going next."

As Blaze tries to sit up, he finds out that he is too weak to be able to do that because he is hypotensive and has very low blood pressure, Blaze needs to be laying down for the moment until he gets a blood transfusion.

"Blaze is in a very difficult situation right now. He can't get up, because he will just faint. I have no way of giving him blood. If I do anything too quickly, however, he will die. So keep thinking whilst I work"

She grabs his right arm and creates a giant syringe, filled with dextrose, water and electrolytes. It also contains a small amount of epoetin alfa, which will stimulate the production of red blood cells. He will need this 3 times a week for three weeks. This mixture also includes a mixture of noradrenaline, which will increase his heart rate, to increase his blood pressure.

Emilia must slowly inject this solution over the next hour. If she does it too rapidly, she could dilute his blood out too much, causing death.
