Martin goes up to the nearest person and asks them, "Hello, we are visitors here. Excuse me, but is there a hardware shop somewhere here in town or somewhere where I could get hold of some tools?"

The whispering continues a little longer, then one of them says:
"What do you need them for?"

"My name is Martin and this is Naru, we are sent on a mission from the Seer Queen to stop the Blood Lord Niac and his apprentice, Kasdeya from destroying the city on Sun Mountain. I won't be needing some tools after all, but we are in need of a vehicle or some form of transport, so that we can get to the Sun Mountain quickly, can you help us?"

"We don't have any transportation, but a bus arrives soon. Why don't you rest here until it arrives?"

"Does the bus go to the Sun Mountain?"

"It goes in that direction, yes, I'm not sure if that is one of it's stops though."

"Ok then, how long is it until the bus gets here?"

"Not long. Somewhere around-" he is cut off by being shoved aside by a large man in a dark grey coat. Several other men in the same coat push through the crowd, surrounding them.
"Who the **** are you lot?"

"We're just travellers, just passing through."

"Never seen a traveller with a gun that ****' sharp."

"His? We got that as a gift from the engineer back that way" Naru responds, pointing.

Martin has his knife ready, but it is hidden from outside view...
"Careful mate, I was talking to that guy, you better watch yourself. I suggest you leave now if you know what's good for you"

Naru places a cautionary hand on Martin's shoulder.

The men roar with laughter.
"If we know what's good for us?" They laugh some more.
"What exactly are you gonna do, punk?"

"Is his hair spiked into a mohawk? I think not. I don't see any punks here."

Martin cautiously steps back and moves away from those guys in an attempt to leave the crowd, he keeps his eyes about him....

The men behind him shove him back towards the leader.
"Too late to leave, boy. Pick your next words carefully."

Martin quickly turns around and aims to punch one guy in the head and knees the other guy in the abdomen hard...

Punching them is like punching a concrete wall. One of them steps forward and lifts Martin into the air by his throat while the others egg him on.

Martin attempts to stab him with his knife in the chest where the heart is...

The knife stabs into the man's shoulder. He barely notices.

Naru aims her water gun at the men, glaring at them (if looks could kill). "You need to stop. NOW."

Martin aims to pull out his handgun and starts shooting at the guy, gasping for air...

Martin loses consciousness. The man throws him to the ground and the gang advances on Naru.

Naru lets rip with her water gun, aiming for the men. As she does so she gets her knife out of her pocket, ready if they jump on her.
