Naru wakes from her daydreaming and climbs on the bus, nods to the driver, and sits down next to Martin.

A final villager boards the bus, and it rumbles down the road.

Martin leans back against the seat and closes his eyes to get a bit of sleep before the next stop...

After a long drive, the bus comes to some gates. Once the guards see the bus, they open them to let them through. They don't drive much further though, and the bus stops at the foot of a massive mountain. A long curving path leads upwards and many pilgrims are making the trek.

Martin wakes up from his sleep and looks around, "This is it", Martin says to Naru, he then gets up and leaves the bus.

Naru gets off the bus and begins walking up the path.

Martin walks up the long curving path with Naru, following the pilgrims to the top...

At the top, a robed man greets them one by one. Behind him is the open entrance to a large castle. The pilgrims continue through.

As martin passes the robed man, he nods to him and continues on into the castle...

Naru walks into the castle next to Martin.

The inside is massive, a cavernous space crowded with pilgrims and a few robed people of light. The crowd bustles toward a large pair of doors. The robed people guide them, some holding staffs.

Martin continues on with the crowd through the large doors...

Naru continues in through the doors.

They open into a massive city half inside the mountain. The houses go on for several miles, providing a spectacular perspective at just how big the mountain is. Pilgrims move through into the city, guided by the robed people.

Martin goes up to the closest robed person and says, "Hello, may we speak with you?"

"What do you require, my friend." He replies calmly.

"I'm Martin and this is Naru, we are on a mission sent by the Seer Queen to defeat the Blood Lord Niac and Kasdeya. I'm sure that your people are aware of them and the threat that they cause to this world and that Kasdeya is planning to attack this city soon. We have come here to help whatever way that we can with regard to Kasdeya's plan to attack this city. We need your help as well. We are planning to go and defeat the Blood Lord Niac after Kasdeya's attack on this city, we could use any help that your people could give us. We are aware that your people posses a strange power of light, which helps you to protect this wonderful city of yours. If any of you could give us some of this power or help us in anyway, it would be greatly appreciated by us and the Seer Queen. Who should we speak to about these matters"

"Our leader sees through our eyes, you don't need to see him personally. He thinks that this is a worthy cause and will devote his powers to it."

"Ok then, so how can you help us?"

"We will strike at the most opportune time. That is all you need to know."

Martin is starting to get annoyed at the robed person at his response and seemingly lack of interest... "What is that supposed to mean!? Are you talking about attacking Niac? Are you planning an attack? Are you aware that Kasdeya is planning to attack this city very soon, you need to make sure that this city is well protected, Kasdeya is very powerful and evil, he could have spies in this city right now for all we know. When he attacks he will be ready and he will not stop until this entire city is destroyed. You should tell us everything that's happening and what the plan is, if your leader truly speaks through you, tell him to answer my questions."

"Martin." says Naru. "Please excuse my friend, he's got a short temper. We'd like to know at least when you plan to strike so we can help the best we can."

"You are not privy to that information."

Martin is angry now, "What the **** is that supposed to mean, I traveled halfway across this **** world, so you better tell me what the **** is going on"

He calmly smiles, and places a hand on Martins forehead. Naru and Martin disappear in a flash of light, reappearing outside the gates to the mountain path.
