The people searching the area seem to leave and the sound of the 4wd driving off can be heard. Soon the team hears nothing from outside.

Blaze looks over at Jaxsom and whispers

"If we are to find this sniper on the rooftops, perhaps my thermal vision can help spot him faster than normal means? we would only need lie on the rooftops, hopefully we wouldn't be seen like this."

"Sounds like a good idea to me."

Jaxsom turns one of his swords back into a crystal, he then uses telekensis to levitate it through the small window and up onto the roof. Jaxsom then goes back to Blaze and lies down on his belly on the floor and he tells blaze to do the same thing next to him. He then teleports both of them onto the roof.

Blaze turns on his thermal vision in the hopes of spotting the sniper up on the rooftops.

Jaxsom and Blaze are laying on the roof of the butchers. Far to the East they can see a ninja standing on the roof of one of the buildings, but no sniper. To the North on the main road they can see many ninjas and a few brutes standing around or walking about the main road. They also notice a figure on a black horse holding what seems to be a staff. He is facing to the West where it seems that a lot of the villagers are now alive and are building what looks to be a road block by carrying large stones and bricks to the pile, which is now a small wall. Blaze notices that the villagers have no heat signature.

Blaze turns off his thermal vision and informs Jaxsom that the villagers are walking corpses and not actually alive because they have no heat signal.

"The sniper must be inside one of the buildings, we would need to be on the other side of the road to see him. However this does mean that this entire side of the road might actually be safe from the sniper completely."

"So back down to the other to make a plan?" Jaxsom says

Blaze whispers

"Yeah might as well, nothing to be done up her besides getting a tan."

Jaxsom teleports him and Balze back to the others.

"Since we finally seem to be safe for now, I'm going to get a bit of my power back." Jaxsom says.

He then starts to meditate all 6 swords turning into crystals and slowly spinning around him.

As time passes and the team rests in the back room of the butchers, Jaxsom and Naru have regained their energy...

It is now late afternoon, the sun is setting in the West casting big shadows between the buildings. The village outside continues to be silent...

Naru stands up and stretches. "Thanks for helping me there guys. I thought I was a goner when I realised I was about to black out. And on the plus side, my arm isn't broken anymore," she whispers, chuckling quietly.

Blaze smiles at Naru and whispers back.

"No worries. Its nearly night fall, at which point our new friend Wolf here will pretty much be able to do whatever he likes, hopefully we'll be able to escape tonight."

Naru sits on the upturned freezer and relaxes.

"Well I don't know about you guys but we should move out now. A single flashlight can mess with my abilities to manipulate shadows so if we can move before then i'm of more use." Wolf spoke, moving towards the window to check for the suns movement

"So what's your plan?" Naru asks Wolf.

It is now late afternoon, the sun is setting in the West casting big shadows between the buildings. The village outside continues to be silent...

"The best bet is east, if we are quite and stealthy enough we might be able to sneak around the patrols, Just keep an eye for that ninja and the patrols, don't need to be found right in the middle of a street." Wolf said moving away from the windows.

Naru nods "no problem"

Jaxsom stands up finally finished meditating.

"So you guys ready?" he says.

"I'm ready. Lets leave soon before it gets pitch black out there." Wolf spoke.

Jaxsom listens to the back door and if he can't hear anything he moves out, sneaking towards the next house to the east.

Jaxsom makes it to the next house to the East without seeing any enemies. That house has the same layout as the others with one bedroom, Jaxsom enters the house through the back door and is in the living room.

Naru follows Jaxsom into the next house, being as stealthy as possible.

Blaze follows Naru into the next house also being as quiet as possible.

Taking to the shadows once more Wolf follows after the team.
