Basically, it's a variety talk show similar to Rove (even though that's finished now) and The Late Show with David Letterman if you've ever seen that. It was on a long time ago, like early nineties and earlier. I never saw it as a child, but I saw the first ep of the reunion and didn't like it at all, I just thought it was a crap version of Rove, too childish.

Well you can't see it anyway because its not on tv anymore, but thats my opinion of the show, other people will probably say that its a great show (liars) lol.

It made no frickin sense though. Why is there a muppet in the desk? Is there someone invisible making comments? Why WHy WHY?

Yeah that was what I was thinking as well, but the show apparently started as a morning cartoon show on saturday mornings like what Cheez TV was, so I guess it makes sense of where the muppet came from, but meh, it all seemed too childish to me.

It was a family show, so mainly aimed at kids, but made so parents could enjoy it too. Like the Pixar movies.

It started in the 70s.

I like Hey Hey. I used to watch it when I was little, and I laughed so much during the reunion episodes.

I was meaning to watch it, but some other show took precedence lol...

Please dont bag out Hey Hey its Saturday. It was one of my favorite shows ever! Pluck-a-duck and ****-nee (the hat on a stick) helped make the show. It was an all out comedy that deserves a godlike status.

It was the start of talent shows like australia's got talent (yes i know its not the best, but it is funny), and comedy sit around thing shows like Rove(<3). It may not be to your liking, but it was the best of the best of the best. Plus i got to hold pluck-a-duck's hand once . They came to NT - WIN.


(Also: I'm very sad i missed the reunion shows... i was at tafe when they were on)
