Well, it's not as lame as it sounds.
Basically, it will be users making characters for themselves with unique characteristics and backstories, abilities etc; then I narrate them through a dynamic storyline, as the characters make choices and take actions that may affect the eventual outcome of the story. Dungeons and Dragons, this is not. No dice in this, fight scenes will be cinematic only. More details if people are actually interested. Vote in the poll whether you like the idea and would participate.

That sounds interesting, so are you saying, we come up with a character which we make the decisions for, and you write the story?
