The 21-year-old singer Evan Emory played a song in front of some children and later he recorded a different song that has sexual content in it. Afterwards he edited the two videos, so that it looked like he was playing the "dirty" song in front of the children and uploaded it on youtube.
He faces 20 years in prison and 25 years on the sex offender with "producing child porn" on his record, despite the fact that the children were never exposed to any sexual content, their faces were clearly visible in that video, though.
He was charged with a felony for manufacturing child sexual abusive material.
What are your thoughts Spectrum? Do you think these charges will actually stick?
