Wizmouse is a small program that runs in the background that i've found to be very useful ever since I found it.
What it does, is it basically allows you to scroll the window that the mouse is over with the mouse wheel without actually having to click on the window first. This is very useful for me because I use multiple programs at once a lot taking up two halves of the screen. With wizmouse you don't have to click on the window first to be able to scroll through it with the mouse wheel. Wizmouse will also enable the mouse wheel in applications that don't support mouse wheels.

lol I had the same type of idea when I first started using the program as well, but now I feel like that I can't live without it. Its really just a small program fixing one of the silly things about windows.
