Shpadoinkle was first uttered in the movie "Cannibal! The Musical". Created by Trey Parker, and features Matt Stone as well before they created South Park. It's a very funny movie and the word shpadoinkle is used quite often in it. Mainly as an exclamation of surprise or the equivalent of a Mormon cuss word. I suggest you watch the movie if you ever get the chance, it's very funny and quite shpadoinkle.
