(not giving you an out but...) Couldn't it have come from one of those chests that you find in the mossy rock rooms, can't remember what they're called

I created this thread ages back for this reason Pearly I just forgot it existed.

I guess it could be possible to find it in a chest, but Grunt Attack has not been mining or has even created a house for shelter to hold crafting benches/tools/resources. So I think it would be very unlikely he found it exploring
