I gotta say, I finished 5 greatest the other day... I didn't like it that much. Don't get me wrong, it's a great book. It just felt more forced than the others like he thought "I have to write a book, so here's one".

Yeah, that's what happens when you write a series.

The awesome Cpl. Pickles has made me aware of the new Matthew Reilly book coming out in October this year called

Scarecrow and the Army of Thieves

It is the next novel in the Shane Schofield series.

Reilly wrote:

So i got mine early.

Havent started, i started to read it last night but i had to pick dad up from airport yesterday and i fell asleep at like 10 o.O
And now im studying for a maths exam.
Ill prolly start reading it on Saturday, coz thats when im free next.

That is the reason I don't want to buy it. I will be distracted and want to read that instead of my lecture notes.

Why should that stop you from buying it?

Because I will see it sitting there and I will want to read it. In 3 weeks I can. Not too long. Just something to look forward to.

BTW, did you see Matt Reilly was doing a Q & A on his Facebook page today?
