If EST is -5 and WST is +8, then 7pm WST is 11am GMT and 6am EST, I think. So, get to bed early Wink

If I have the time I'll try and get people on for a GMT evening one, though it's normally dead 7pm GMT. Usually picks up towards midnight (or 7pm EST).
