GE:4.1V upgraded to 4.2V I dont know how you mean by "vanilla" version but i did follow official instructions on upgrading it.
At least they fixed loading another map crash

By vanilla, I mean, you haven't changed any of the files in the gesource folder. A lot of people do it to change skins or sounds, etc.

Was this in deathmatch?
