Sorry about the advertisements. I have not put them up. There is something going on with Forumotion and the advertisement partners.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Nah. This is free. They could technically keep it up because I'm not paying them money and they have to make their money somehow.

Unfortunately, the ads are staying.

Forumotion has made an official statement saying they need to make revenue (aka. they are losing money)

The way this has been handled by Forumotion was disgraceful. A little warning to all founders would have been nice.

Due to the complaints, they have changed the option back to the way it was and will think of new ways of making revenue.

Yay! What do you think they'll plan to do?

Maybe an option for admins to voluntarily put ads on their page, with like bonus features for those who do or something?
