I have decided to activate the reputation script, which I have renamed "Awesomeness"

If you believe someone has done a good post, click the yellow + button on the right hand side of their post. This gives +1 Awesomeness
If you think it is a bad post, click the yellow - post button. This give -1 awesomeness

Additionally, if you think the person who has posted has done a really awesome job and made a really worthwhile post or something you may have thought of as handy, click the orange thanks button. This gives +5 awesomeness.

You can only click these buttons 5 times a day, so no one can get carried away.

Also, you can't give yourself awesomeness.

Stupid question: where the hell is the thanks button? I've been looking for it for weeks, so it must be right in front of my nose...

I have been wondering why people have not been able to see the thanks button and why I could.

So I went on to the Forumotion support forum and asked the people there.

I found out that only the person has started the thread can see the thanks button for that thread.

That would be very useful if you were something like the support forum and were looking for a reply to a problem. Then you could thank someone for the answer.

But here, that isn't the case and I wanted it so that anyone could thank someone for an awesome post. There is nothing I can do to change this. I have suggested to forumotion that in their next update, everyone could push the thanks button.

Until then, unless you are the starter of a thread, you can press the + button. I will increase the awesomeness given to 2 points instead of 1.

PS: If you would like to find out how many + and - you have been given, go to statistics in your profile.

It appears your EXP is altered with the awesomeness.

- awesomeness gives you -1 EXP
