It's a Linux distro, a good few years old now. It's open source so you can download it for free and try it out (preferably on a Virtual Machine or on a seperate partition if you want to switch back to your current OS again).

As for my vote, Windows 7 all the way though I also have Ubuntu and XP on two seperate virtual machines on my laptop running Windows 7 as the host. I also use Windows 7 for my desktop where I do most of my gaming.

Window 7 has been always the best one i ever used but i still angry that it makes my fallout 3: goty crash even though i can run it perfectly >_>
