Check out gallery. This is where members can upload pictures we can comment rate them.

Unfortunately, Spectrum only has a 20MB storage!

This is tiny so there are a few restrictions that will be put in place.

1. All pictures must be approved by myself before they can be seen by anyone else.
2. maximum file size is 2MB, 500x500px
3. One member is allowed to upload 1 picture only.
4. If they wish to change a picture to something else, they must delete their previous picture.

I might change things around if need be.

What I meant to say was, you upload picture, then I have to approve it then it gets added to album.
