When a silent BT is constantly kicking ass, strafing at light speed, not missing a single shot, killing you with a golden gun through completely opaque explosion clouds, and then when the game ends his character can be seen scrolling through weapons when the scores are up, does that mean they're cheating or just ridiculously good at the game and an odd glitch happened?

Sounds suspicious. Especially if the shooting through explosions was at a far enough distance where aiming with radar isn't possible

The game doesn't have enough support for constantly up to date cheat engines right?
Likely someone was upset with their subpar play and had to hack to "win"

Maybe the individual just has no life and is ridiculously good. I would have to watch this particular person in action a couple of rounds to form an opinion. Agree, it does sound suspicious. I've had my share of lucky GG shots, but the scrolling through weapons while the scores are up is a new one me.

Actually that has happened to me a few times before. I'm not sure how, but I found that I could still scroll through my inventory at the end of a match when normal play finished up. This was a good while ago now though - maybe 4.1 or even Beta 4. I've always wondered why it happens

You can press 'q' and quick switch your weapons at the end of the round, and odds are if your settings are set to quick change when you scroll your mouse it doesn't bring up the menu, it just switches weapons. So should be able to scroll through weapons at end of round.

I always scroll through my weapons at the end of the round for fun.
